When does registration open?
Registration normally opens in February or March each year. Watch the website early in the year for more details.
When does the season start?
The regular season starts in mid-May and goes until the end of July. Playoffs take place in August.
I missed registration. Can I still register a player?
Once registration closes, we organize all registered players into teams and set up the game schedules. We do not accept late registrations as this makes it very difficult for our coaches and convenors to manage.
To be notified when registration opens next year, please contact our Registrar.
My child no longer wants to play. How can I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds except if a player is injured before the season starts, or if a player was accidentally registered twice. Please see our refund policy for more details.
How can I request my child to be on the same team with their friend(s)?
Jordan Softball will not be taking friend requests for the 2025 season. Most likely all games within a division will take place on the same night.
We understand some families may choose to carpool together, however transportation remains the responsibility of each individual player/family regardless of team placement. All families should remind their players that playing on a team is a great way to create new friendships.
Jordan Softball’s primary concern is ensuring fair play and balanced teams for all players.
Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team.
Do you offer discounts for families with multiple players?
For the 2025 season there is a $50 per player discount for the 3rd+ players within the same family.
Do you offer financial assistance for families?
We recognize some families may struggle to afford participation. We believe participation in team sports benefits children in many ways, and we do not want any child to be left out due to financial constraints. If you require financial assistance, please contact our Treasurer so we may work with you to find a solution for your particular situation.
