Refund Policy


The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the circumstances under which a Participant will receive a refund of fees paid to the Association for participation in the Activities.

The Association will provide refunds of Participant registration fees and any other associated fees as per the following guidelines:

Jordan Lions Minor Softball Association will provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 100% refund of fees paid less a $25 CAD admin fee BEFORE registration closes (March 31)
  • 50% refund of fees paid less a $25 CAD admin fee BEFORE the season begins (May 1)
  • NO refunds after May 1

In case of a season-ending injury with appropriate medical documentation, the following refunds will be given:

  • 100% refund of fees paid less a $25 CAD admin fee BEFORE the season begins (May 1)
  • 50% refund of fees paid less a $25 CAD admin fee BEFORE Canada Day (July 1)
  • NO refunds after July 1

Notwithstanding the above, the Association reserves the right to refund a Participant’s fees in whole or part, due to special or unique circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Association. In no case shall any refund to any Participant exceed the amount of fees paid to that Participant. 

A Participant who wishes to request a refund per above shall contact the Association at president@jordanlionssoftball.com.
