Refund Policy

Jordan Lions Minor Softball does not refund participant(s) registration(s) except in the case where an athlete has:

a) registered more than once, or
b) a medical exception/injury.

If you can provide proof of exception A or B before the start of the season, the refund will be 100% of the registration minus a $25.00 CAD refund fee. If you were double-charged or have a medical exception/injury, please contact the association's registrar for the refund at jlmsa.website@gmail.com.
