All registration and payment is done online. If you have registered in the past simply log in to your account and your player information should be there. If you have never registered, please create an account and fill in the required information. 

Registration will close on Sunday, March 31 or when divisions are full! Waitlists will be started if divisions fill up!

Age Chart for Registration

Players must be the listed age as of December 31, 2024.

Squirt *WAITLIST* Ages 9-11 born 2013-2015
PeeWee *WAITLIST* Ages 12-14 born 2010-2012
Junior Bantam Ages 15-18 born 2006-2009

We regret to announce, due to lack of interest in recent years, Senior Bantam division (ages 19+) will not be run in 2024. 


Season Length

Our regular season runs from mid-May to end of July, with playoffs in August. Exact dates will be communicated closer to the season.

NEW THIS YEAR! Our Squirt and PeeWee divisions will have PLAYER EVALUATIONS during the FIRST WEEK OF MAY. All registered players are required to attend. This is an effort to ensure the teams are set up as fairly as possible. More details will be shared in April.


Schedule (by Division)

The table below is a guideline only. Detailed schedules will be provided once registration is complete and teams are made.

*Pre-game practice/warm-up starts 30 minutes prior to game start. Players are expected to be at the diamond in time for pre-game practice.

Fees 2024 Season

Registration fees for the 2024 season are outlined below:

T-Ball Division

Fee:  $60.00 per child

All Other Divisions (5 Pitch, Squirt, PeeWee, Junior Bantam)

Fee:  $100.00 per child

There will be no volunteer fees for the 2024 season.

Financial Assistance

JLMSA recognizes some families may struggle to afford participation. JLMSA does not want any child to be unable to play due to financial constraints. If you require financial assistance please contact the President at so we may work with you to find a solution for your particular situation.


Volunteers 2024 season

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! Our league cannot run without the many dedicated parents who help coach our teams! PLEASE consider volunteering! No experience is needed, only a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to help support our kids!


We also have MANY open Executive positions. We need to fill these positions before the season starts! Please contact to volunteer, or to request information about any open position.


Food Booth Information

There will be no food booth volunteer hours offered this year and there will be no volunteer cost added to the registration fees.

JLMSA is exploring options to operate the food booth this year. More information to come.


Friend Requests

Jordan Softball DOES NOT GUARANTEE any friend requests will be accommodated, including for transportation reasons. We understand some families may choose to carpool together, however transportation remains the responsibility of each individual player/family regardless of team placement. All families should remind their players that placement on the same team as friends is not guaranteed, and that playing on a team is a great way to create new friendships.

Satisfying any friend request is at the sole discretion of Jordan Softball Executive Committee. Jordan Softball’s primary concern is ensuring fair play and balanced teams for all players.

Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team.

Refund Policy

Jordan Lions Minor Softball does not refund participant(s) registration(s) except in the case where an athlete has:

a) registered more than once, or
b) a medical exception/injury.

If you can provide proof of exception A or B before the start of the season, the refund will be 100% of the registration minus a $25.00 CAD refund fee. If you were double-charged or have a medical exception/injury, please contact the association's registrar for the refund.
