Registration link

To register, view your registration, make a payment or download a receipt, go to:

JORDAN SOFTBALL REGISTRATION PORTAL

All registration and payment is done online. If you have registered in the past simply log in to your account and your player information should be there. If you have never registered, please create an account and fill in the required information.

Registration will close on March 31, 2026 and there will be NO LATE REGISTRATIONS after this date.

Our registration fills quickly for some divisions.  Register early to avoid disappointment!  Waitlists will open when divisions are full.  Please register for the waitlist if you would like to play.  We will open additional teams if there are enough players on the waitlists.

Season Length

Our regular season runs from mid-May to end of July, with playoffs in August. Exact dates will be communicated closer to the season.

U10, U12, U14 divisions will have PLAYER EVALUATIONS during the FIRST WEEK OF MAY. All registered players are required to attend. This is an effort to ensure the teams are set up as fairly as possible. More details will be shared in April.

Schedule (by Division)

The table below outlines our tentative schedule.  All dates are subject to change depending on registration numbers.
Detailed schedules will be provided once registration is complete and teams are made. 

Mondays will be available for practices and rescheduled games.

*Pre-game practice/warm-up starts 30 minutes prior to game start. Players are expected to be at the diamond in time for pre-game practice.

Fees 2026 Season

Registration fees for the 2026 season are outlined below:

U6 (T-Ball)

Fee:  $90.00 per child

U8, U10, U12, U14

Fee:  $140.00 per child

U18

Fee:  $180.00 per child

*U18 fees increased to support additional games this season

Multi-player Discount: $50 per player for the 3rd+ U8+ players within the same family (discount only applicable to U8+)

Financial Assistance

JLMSA recognizes some families may struggle to afford participation. JLMSA does not want any child to be unable to play due to financial constraints. If you require financial assistance please contact the President at president@jordanlionssoftball.com so we may work with you to find a solution for your particular situation.

Volunteers 2026 season

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! Our league cannot run without the many dedicated parents who help coach our teams! PLEASE consider volunteering! No experience is needed, only a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to help support our kids!

IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH COACHES WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN OUR LEAGUE. PLEASE SIGN UP AS A COACH DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

We also have open Executive positions, particularly convenors for each division who create the teams once evaluations are complete.

High school students: we need high school age students who can help run training clinics for our younger players in May and June.  Earn volunteer hours by helping mentor our younger players!  Check the box during registration to indicate your interest in volunteering.

Friend Requests

Jordan Softball does not take friend requests. Jordan Softball’s primary concern is ensuring fair play and balanced teams for all players.  All families should remind their players that playing on a team is a great way to create new friendships.

We understand some families may choose to carpool together, however transportation remains the responsibility of each individual player/family regardless of team placement.  Most or all games within a division will take place on the same night which will minimize transportation concerns.

Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team.

 
Refund Policy

Jordan Lions Softball has implemented a new refund policy in 2026.

Refunds will be provided on request according to the following schedule:

* 100% refund less $25 admin fee BEFORE registration closes (March 31)
* 50% refund less a $25 admin fee BEFORE the season begins (May 1)
* NO refunds after May 1

In case of a season-ending injury with appropriate medical documentation, the following refunds will be given:

* 100% refund less a $25 admin fee BEFORE the season begins (May 1)
* 50% refund less a $25 admin fee BEFORE Canada Day (July 1)
* NO refunds after July 1
