Foodbooth Rules

*There will be no food booth hours offered in 2023*

Food Booth Policies

Each family must volunteer 3 hours of their time (1 shift) to manage the food booth during the season to be eligible for their food booth refund ($75)

If a family has two, or more children, 3 hours per child to a maximum of two children qualify for the food booth refund (2 shifts). Each child after the initial two are not charged the volunteer fee and therefore no refund or volunteer hours are required.

Food Booth Rules

1.  NO ONE under the age of 14 is allowed to work/volunteer in the food booth.  This will be strictly enforced!

2.  If you cannot perform your duty time as scheduled once the online schedule has been closed, it is up to you to find your replacement and to let the Food Booth Director know.

3.  No changes or alterations to the online food booth schedule shall be made without notifying the Food Booth Director.

4.  You will receive your volunteer refund once your required hours have been confirmed/worked. The refund will be applied back to your credit card before August 31st of the season

5.  ONLY those doing a food booth shift are to be in the booth, please no friends.

6.  Each family is required to do 3 hours of food booth time (per player).  Maximum of 6 hours per family.
